Management Team
Stephen has more than 20 years’ recruitment experience focused on the asset and wealth management markets. During that time he’s built an extensive network of client and candidate relationships.
Prior to co-founding Stephen Bell Associates in 2007, Stephen worked in management roles for a publicly listed global recruitment company and a privately owned UK financial services recruiter. He graduated from the University of Kent, where he studied Politics & International Relations.
Samantha’s early career was within the advertising industry, where she spent several years in media management, before joining a publicly listed global recruitment business. Here she focused on recruiting marketing and sales professionals in the FMCG industry.
Samantha then took on research roles for a leading financial services executive search firm, followed by a successful asset management search boutique, before co-founding Stephen Bell Associates in 2007. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Northumbria.
Daniel’s highly analytical approach and focus on asset and wealth management has given him a very strong understanding of those particular markets. He joined Stephen Bell Associates in 2010 and manages and oversees the research function across the business and delivers a wide variety of recruitment assignments.
Before coming to us, and following his graduation from Queen Mary, University of London, where he studied Law (LLB), Daniel gained valuable experience at a publicly listed UK recruitment business.
Our Advisors
Morven Greig
Morven was formerly the Managing Partner of JAG Shaw Baker, a UK boutique law firm which advised entrepreneurs, companies and investors across high-growth technology sectors. Up until the firm was sold to Withers, a US law firm, in 2018, she managed the day-to-day operations of JAG Shaw Baker, as well as developed and implemented the firm’s business strategy. Prior to that, Morven was a partner in the firm’s intellectual property team, having formerly been at DLA in London.
Dr Rob Archer
Rob is a Chartered Psychologist specialising in helping organisations and individuals build resilience, improve mental health and sustain high performance. Having trained at the University of London and Ashridge Business School, he now provides training, coaching and consultancy for a wide range of clients in financial and professional services, oil, gas and construction, FMCG, public sector, creative industries, SMEs and elite sporting teams. His practice and research focuses on the importance of developing psychological flexibility, which research suggests has a major impact on performance, health, innovation and learning.
