A global asset manager engaged us on a confidential project to support the launch of a new private client wealth business in the UK.

Our remit was to help hire several Investment Advisors to give financial advice to UK HNW clients.

Our team took a thorough and detailed brief from the client, focusing on the candidate profile, plans for the business and the importance of cultural fit. We conducted extensive research across the wealth management and private banking sectors to build a strong longlist. We then approached, interviewed and screened target candidates before shortlisting.

The project was initiated just before the onset of the COVID pandemic, with the first hire on-boarded remotely and joining a virtual team. We remained in close contact with the candidate throughout their notice period to ensure the on-boarding was as smooth as possible and are now well placed to build a successful long term relationship with the client.
