The Head of EMEA Marketing at a leading US-headquartered asset manager asked us to help hire for a new role of channel marketing manager for Germany.
The role was based in either Frankfurt or London and the client wanted to consider potential candidates in both locations. We already enjoyed a strong relationship with the client, having successfully completed several searches for them.
Following thorough research, we compiled a longlist of potential candidates. This allowed us to present a strong shortlist that paid close attention to cultural fit.
Following several rounds of interviews in both Frankfurt and London, the preferred Frankfurt based candidate accepted the offer.
