Our client is a leading global asset manager with a wide range of successful funds across both institutional and wholesale channels. They are seeking to hire a Head of RFP for their London office.
Key accountabilities include: manage a team of RFP Writers, develop RFP and RFI processes, ensure the team completes RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from institutional and wholesale clients and prospects to a very high standard, edit and quality control the output of the team, help to assess the suitability of RFP and RFI opportunities, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, develop a strong understanding of the company’s fund range and investment capabilities and keep up-to-date with RFP innovation and market developments in the asset management industry.
The successful candidate will possess strong RFP experience gained in institutional asset management, proven leadership skills, good knowledge of RFP packages, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a commercial environment.
