ETF Product Marketing Manager – Global Asset Manager (12 month FTC)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a leading global asset manager. The role will play a key part in shaping product positioning, delivering strategic go-to-market activity, and supporting client engagement initiatives across UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver product marketing strategies which will be informed by market trends, client insights, and competitor analysis
  • Support the prioritisation and execution of product marketing initiatives 
  • Lead the development and refinement of product value propositions and messaging frameworks aligned to target audiences and commercial goals
  • Manage go-to-market activity for product launches, enhancements, and updates, ensuring coordinated execution across channels
  • Oversee the production of marketing and client-facing materials, maintaining consistency of messaging and brand standards
  • Produce quarterly product reporting, performance commentary, and market updates in partnership with internal teams
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members where required
  • Ensure all marketing activity and materials adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements

The successful candidate will be immediately available; have a strong background in product marketing, investment marketing, product specialist or similar experience and have excellent technical investment and product knowledge – particularly across ETFs or multi-asset solutions. The successful candidate will also have excellent organisational and project management capabilities; the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time and be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
