About the Role – They are hiring a Brand and Advertising Manager. Key responsibilities include;
- Plan and deliver brand marketing campaigns and initiatives through channels including advertising, PR, content and digital
- Own and build brand messaging
- Improve creative and above-the-line advertising strategies
- Develop relationships with key agency partners
- Assess new potential opportunities to amplify the brand
- Refine the measurement strategy to quantify brand impact on the bottom line
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market trends
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders within the marketing team including data and analytics PR and client experience
Required Skills –
The successful candidate will possess a proven brand marketing background gained in D2C financial services, the ability to think strategically and tactically, experience of delivering above-the-line advertising campaigns, excellent project management, planning and communication skills and the ability to prioritise, influence stakeholders and meet deadlines in a commercial environment.
