The Head of HR at a leading US headquartered asset manager asked us to deliver a confidential project to help them hire several new commercial roles in their UK personal investing start-up. They were recruiting for Head of Customer Acquisition, Head of Digital Experience and Head of Client Services.
Due to the confidential nature of the project, we had to complete the searches under an NDA. They also asked us to source talent from a wide pool of consumer financial services markets, including asset management, retail banking, cards/payments, wealth management and insurance.
After taking detailed briefs over several in-depth meetings, our team conducted rigorous and efficient market mapping to produce longlists for each role.
We then successfully shortlisted and managed thorough interview processes for all three roles, which led to us placing the preferred candidate in each role. As a result, the efficiency, thoroughness and confidentiality of the process has resulted in success for both the client and the candidates.
