Following the appointment of a new CMO, a global asset manager retained us to hire three new management roles in the marketing team – Head of Marketing Strategy, EMEA & APAC, Head of Product Marketing and UK Channel Marketing Manager, Personal Investing.
The CMO had been hired to restructure and upskill the marketing function following a period of underperformance. Initially, the project was highly confidential, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion to achieve success.
Due to the high expectations of the client and stakeholders, the searches proved to be very challenging. However, our strong candidate network and extensive research enabled us to identify, approach and screen a number of target candidates from their competitors.
We then worked very closely with the client, shared our market knowledge and helped them to successfully appoint for all three positions.
