The Head of Resourcing at a leading US-headquartered asset manager approached us to help hire a Head of EMEA Marketing.
This assignment was time sensitive and we had to produce a strong shortlist very quickly. The CEO had high expectations and wanted to consider candidates from their competitors, as well as the wider financial services industry.
We worked closely with the client from day one and kept them regularly updated throughout the search.
From the submitted shortlist and subsequent panel interviews, two candidates were taken through to final assessment. Following that assessment, the preferred candidate accepted the offer.
