They are hiring a Senior B2C UK Marketing Manager.
This is a player/manager role with a blend of strategy and hands-on delivery.
Key responsibilities include; manage a small team, lead the definition and implementation of innovative omni channel engagement to enhance customer lifetime value, plan and deliver targeted multi-channel campaigns, deliver marketing activities within an international matrix organisation, collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and drive effective analysis to optimise marketing spend.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong B2C marketing experience gained in regulated financial services, proven strategic planning, digital and campaign management skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, good understanding of market research and consumer insights, budget management skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines in a commercial environment.
