Our client is a leading global asset manager with an enviable profile and brand. They are hiring a Marketing Services Manager. Key responsibilities are:
- Project manage the production of digital, print and multimedia assets across the European marketing team.
- Work as a brand guardian for Europe ensuring that all materials meet the interpretation of global brand guidelines.
- Develop a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Europe, managing business approvals and compliance approvals for marketing materials where necessary in line with team processes.
- Act as a key contact between marketing managers, content and sales teams to ensure projects are in line with business priorities and everyone is kept up to date at all times.
- Manage day to day relationship with external agencies.
- Oversee planning, development and execution of cross channel initiatives, which support the implementation of strategies for products, services and thought leadership initiatives.
- Mange the production of product specific marketing materials and special projects.
- Collaborate with web publishers and marketing managers to ensure marketing materials for European websites are consistent, up to date and in line with brand guidelines, and that sales materials are available on Seismic.
- Manage daily workflow of designers, web publishers and the relationship with supporting agencies.
- Review current processes for continuous improvement and efficiencies within the production team and greater marketing resources.
- Managing content expiration dates, approvals and weekly reporting to leadership teams.
The successful candidate will be client focused and very organised. They will possess; proven marketing services experience gained in asset management, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead designers and manage creative agencies. Experience of using Seismic and Workfront would be useful but not essential.
