Internal Communications Manager, Global Asset Manager

Our client is a successful consumer financial services business focusing on investing, savings and retirement. They are looking to hire an Internal Employee Communications Manager to help deliver and implement their internal communications programme, supporting their Head of Employee Communications.

Key responsibilities include: building and developing an internal communications programme, working closely with senior stakeholders within the business, coordinating employee engagement activity, ghost writing and developing written content for their intranet, mobile and video platforms, and supporting on ad hoc communications projects.

The successful candidate will need to have previous internal communications experience, good digital and multimedia experience, and a strong storyteller. The candidate will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail and excellent project management skills. Our client is very open on sector background – this person doesn’t need to come from financial services.
