Head of Marketing Services (12 month FTC) – Global Asset Manager

Our client is a successful global asset manager with an institutional focus. They are hiring a 12 month FTC Head of Marketing Services role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage resourcing and workload across Data/Databases, Presentations and Design, ensuring processes operate effectively. Organise management information and lead on identifying and escalating issues.
  • Maintain vendor relationships across marketing services, taking responsibility for vendor management and cost management versus budget.
  • Responsibility for ensuring data integrity and supply to stakeholders and consultant databases including production of management information across all teams.
  • Ensure that the design team contribute effectively to brand and creative projects.
  • Progress priority projects encouraging input from team members.
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal to manage regulatory updates.
  • Participate in product technical change projects and related client communications.
  • Build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be immediately available, they will possess extensive marketing services experience gained in financial services, including institutional asset management, strong people management and communication skills, knowledge of RFP, Presentations and Design team production and content, technical knowledge from experience related to GIPS performance, AUM production and consultant databases, an understanding of compliance and disclosure rules with knowledge and appreciation for the impact changes in rules can have across all materials and the ability to manage medium and large-scale projects to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
