Our client is a leading UK asset manager with a growing international business. They are hiring a Client Service Executive within their UK Wholesale sales team. The role will provide day to day support to the wider sales team and clients.
- assisting with the organisation and response to daily questions and queries from clients, ensuring requests are responded to in an efficient and timely manner
- acting as a central port of call for all telephone enquiries from clients and direct investors
- completing DDQ and RFPs
- maintaining the Salesforce database
- supporting the wider UK sales team with preparation for sales pitches, meetings and client queries
- oversee the monthly and weekly reporting by liaising with the client reporting team
The successful candidate will have experience within a sales support or client servicing role within asset management, knowledge of the UK wholesale/IFA channel, good investment knowledge. strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a strong team player. IMC would be preferred but not essential.
