Retained Search

This is a proactive approach which is applicable if a client requires a senior executive or a candidate with highly specialist skills. As part of this service we would typically agree a target list of 15-20 organisations to research in order to identify potential candidates to approach. We would then approach and interview potential candidates and present a shortlist to the client, together with detailed interview summaries. The client is kept updated throughout the recruitment process and we avoid working on conflicting retained assignments.

Database/Contingency Search

We operate this service on a “success only” basis and our extensive candidate database is supported by regular online advertising, recommendations from candidates/contacts and research driven headhunting. Candidates are only presented to clients after they have been thoroughly screened in a face-to-face competency interview and provided us with photo ID as proof of their right to work in the UK.

Interim/Contract

Our strong knowledge of the Distribution marketplace, extensive candidate database and boutique structure puts us in a strong position to assist clients with interim/contract roles that often require a quick turnaround. We have established a strong reputation as a leading supplier of candidates for interim roles ranging from Investment Writer to Head of Marketing.
