Stephen Bell – Managing Director
Stephen set-up Stephen Bell Associates in 2007 and heads up the firm’s Financial Services division. He has more than 12 years Financial Services search and selection experience, mostly focused on Asset Management Distribution. Stephen has gained an exceptional reputation for professionalism, an in-depth knowledge of the Asset Management industry and successful assignment delivery. Previously Stephen ran extremely successful teams for Michael Page and Joslin Rowe Associates, a specialist UK Financial Services recruiter. Before joining Michael Page in 1998 Stephen worked in sales and marketing for CB Richard Ellis, the global real estate firm. Stephen holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.

Samantha Shaw – Director
Samantha is a founding Director of Stephen Bell Associates. She has 11 years search and selection experience, specialising in Sales and Marketing roles across the Retail, FMCG and Financial Services industries. Previously Samantha was a Consultant at Michael Page and then a Researcher in a boutique search firm. Samantha’s earlier career was in the Advertising industry, where she spent several years in full-service agencies as a media buyer, working on behalf of clients including Ralph Lauren and L’Oreal. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Northumbria.

Morven Shaw – Associate Director
Morven heads up the Legal division at Stephen Bell Associates, joining the firm in 2010. She is a qualified solicitor, with ten years of experience in Intellectual Property and Technology law. Morven previously worked for the global law firm DLA Piper, advising a wide range of clients including The Lloyds Banking Group and HMRC. In addition, Morven gained “in-house” experience with RBS and Bulldog, a Cable & Wireless company.

Daniel Lawrence – Consultant
Stephen is supported by Daniel Lawrence. Daniel joined Stephen Bell Associates after gaining previous recruitment experience with a listed UK recruitment business. He has successfully executed a number of senior search assignments, including a Global Head of Consultant Relations, a Head of Direct Marketing and a number of senior Institutional Client Directors. Daniel studied Law (LLB) at Queen Mary, University of London.

Bianca Pinchen – Office Manager
Bianca is the company’s Office Manager and is also Personal Assistant to Stephen. Prior to joining Stephen Bell Associates Bianca spent several years in administrative roles for New Star Asset Management and CCLA Investment Management.
