Stephen Bell
Stephen set-up Stephen Bell Associates in 2007. He has more than 12 years Financial Services search and selection experience, mostly focused on Asset Management Distribution. Stephen has gained an exceptional reputation for professionalism, an in-depth knowledge of the Asset Management industry and successful assignment delivery. Previously Stephen ran extremely successful teams for Michael Page and Joslin Rowe Associates, a specialist UK Financial Services recruiter. Before joining Michael Page in 1998 Stephen worked in sales and marketing for CB Richard Ellis, the global real estate firm. Stephen holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Kent.
Samantha Shaw
Samantha is a founding Director of Stephen Bell Associates. She has 11 years search and selection experience, specialising in Sales and Marketing roles across the Retail, FMCG and Financial Services industries. Previously Samantha was a Consultant at Michael Page and then a Researcher in a boutique search firm. Samantha’s earlier career was in the Advertising industry, where she spent several years in full-service agencies as a media buyer, working on behalf of clients including Ralph Lauren and L’Oreal. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Northumbria.
